Haut-linage

A Moment Of Gastronomy At The Tip Of Finistère

Place du Maréchal Davout
29760 Penmarc’h – Finistère

Haut-Linage… This heritage name is inspired by the “Château du Haut-Linage”, a wine from Pauillac, which belonged to and was vinified by Jack, Corentin’s grandfather in the Médoc (33).
This appellation continues its journey on the paths of the culinary art of Brittany, cultivated by the love and passion we have for our profession. It was after five years of study at the Lycée Hôtelier Le Paraclet in Quimper that the choice to travel and acquire many professional experiences seemed essential to us.

This wealth of travels motivated and encouraged us to create our own restaurant in order to share our memories. The choice was obvious, it will be in Penmarch: where it all began.

You will thus discover at our gastronomic table, a lively cuisine full of emotion. Thank you to all our local producers who contribute to the quality of our cuisine.

Thank you to our beautiful team for their know-how, their motivation, their kindness every day.
